Our factories are some of the most efficient in the world, harnessing renewable energy, free cooling and closed loop technologies to reduce the impact of manufacture.
Through the flooring industry’s largest PVC recycling plant, we recover over 100,000 tonnes of the material every year, turning it into backing for our LVT floors.

LayRed 55 delivers at Napier Gateway
Gateway is an example of the changing face of living in the UK. The 6,9 acre scheme, close to Luton Airport, is being delivered over four phases at a cost of £300m and will have a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Phases 1 and 2 of the development – three residential towers of up to 20 stories – have seen 16,000m² of LayRed 55 installed throughout apartments. A timber floor was originally specified for apartments by the architect. However, Luton Napier Gateway’s main contractor JJ Rhatigan, proposed LayRed 55 as an alternative solution.
LayRed 55 is a loose lay acoustic engineered vinyl floor that provides a durable, easy to maintain and quiet floor for use in homes and businesses.
