IVC Commercial Sets the Mood at Sandown Racecourse

So, for the refurbishment of its grandstand hospitality areas and Bendigo Suite, IVC’s striking Studio Moods concept, alongside Moduleo 55 LVT, was specified by Intex Projects.
The Bendigo Suite
Studio Moods offers a fast-track bespoke effect LVT floor, with Intex Projects opting for the stylish stone effect of Hexagon Azuriet for use throughout the Bendigo Suite.
The grandstand
The pronounced tonal variation of Mexican Ash from Moduleo 55 Woods brings a welcoming natural look and the capability to withstand high levels of footfall throughout connected hospitality areas of the grandstand.
Design & performance at an excellent price

A total of 1.000 m² of LVT floors were used in the top-rated 55 specification. Finished with Protectonite® PUR for a finish that is scratch and mark resistant as well as easy to maintain without specialist cleaning, 55 floors achieve a Class 33 Heavy Commercial rating.
