Rebuilding , relocating or making spaces more sustainable, is at the core of Julia’s activities in different sectors, from office to hospitality and leisure, retail and education.

For its new office in Lochem, Julia turned to IVC commercial flooring solutions. The brief was clear: a great office space that empowers the creativity and wellbeing of employees and a new showroom to inspire clients.

Studio Moods LVT combined with Carpet Tiles

A shot of creativity was introduced with Studio Moods, using four different colours in the new BIG hexagon shape. Meeting rooms and working areas were equipped with carpet tiles, with Art Fields and Art Styles ensuring a quiet and productive working atmosphere without compromising on design.
